He has to be one of Sydney's busiest DJs with residencies at big nights like Progress and Frantic plus sets at most other hard dance events in Sydney combined with regular interstate gigs. The Soundtrack To My Life is pretty much what you would expect to hear Yoshi play out with his usual short mixes keeping the licensing people busy as he rams 21 tunes on disc 1 and another 18 on disc 2. The tracks selected to make up Yoshi's soundtrack lean heavily towards the UK hard uplifting trance sound with labels like Tidy Trax, Nukleuz and Tripoli Trax featuring heavily. There are plenty of classic tunes spread across the two CDs and the list of producers includes artists like BK, James Lawson, Primemover, Phil Reynolds and the Stimulant DJs plus a couple of remixes from the likes of Scot Project and DJ The Crow. Add to these a few of Yoshi's own tunes and you have a whole lot of music on one compilation. Already at #2 in the Central Station charts, this one should do well.
