Overview

Enigma Records is an independent record label based in Sydney, which is devoted to promoting Australian dance music artists. Since its inception in 2001, the label has focused on releasing locally produced music which might otherwise have gone unheard.

With their third home-grown dance music compilation Enigma Records has produced a modern day masterpiece, featuring brand new tracks by Yoshi, H.P.S?, Liquid M, Xenobis, Chia, Brad Aspin and other leading local musicians.

In the tradition of the first two releases, which achieved great critical acclaim, Enigma Records volume three brings together vastly differing styles in a sensational double CD package. The first CD visits the harder side of dance music, including spellbinding trance, hard house and banging techno. The second takes the listener on a tantalising journey, covering a large gamut of musical genres such as chillout, trance, progressive, house and funky breaks.

The album was mixed by Sydney's Scott Baker, who is one of Sydney's fastest rising star DJs. His intelligent blending of the diverse elements of the CD results in a seamless flow throughout.
