Brigham

Brigham, local Sydney producer and artist, has always been into music. His first band was a cover band that shall remain nameless! Most recently he was front man to funk band Starwheel where he was able to develop his performance skills and acquire a love for all things digital. Taking his songwriting skills that were developed on the guitar, Brigham set to work building a production studio. Then, after graduating from the Contemporary Music Centre (CMC) with a diploma in Music Production and Business, he devoted his time to music production.

"It was my goal to work with as many people as I possibly could. I strongly believe that music we create as artists is heavily influenced by the interaction we have with other people as producers. To be able to work with an artist with their ideas is something that I have been fortunate enough to do and what I have learnt from the experiences is incredibly valuable."

By 2000 he had worked with a swag of local up and coming Australian artists, and featured on their releases through production or remix work. In 2001 Brigham released an independent album and in 2003 he phoned two friends that he studied with at the CMC, Rachael Pale and Marc Spence. From this "Milne" was born, a three piece electro group that began to write and record a number of tracks that have led to a series of stellar Sydney shows.
