Orders within Australia will generally arrive within 5 business days of placing the order (assuming the item is currently in stock). International orders should get to their destination within 2 weeks (depending on the country). If you've pre-ordered a product it will be sent out the day it's finished and ready to go. You can check the status of your order at any time by viewing your order history.
Orders are despatched via Australia Post, and thus delays may sometimes occur in their shipping process. Note that an order is not considered lost in the mail until 30 days have passed from the date of shipping.
Unfortunately we can't accept any returns unless the product has been damaged during shipping, or was defective to begin with. If you think this is the case then feel free to send the damaged goods back to us and contact us for a replacement. We take great care when sending anything via post, and padded parcels are always used to protect the goods.
In most cases refunds can be given if the order has been cancelled prior to shipping.
