Enigma Records is an independent record label based in Sydney, Australia, which is devoted to showcasing Australian dance music and artists. Since its inception in 2001, the label has focused on releasing locally produced music which might otherwise have gone unheard.
Through our series of "volume x" compilation releases, we strive to produce an enticing mix of new music by combining tracks of wildly differing styles. Each CD covers a variety of genres, such as trance, hard trance, techno, hard house, house, progressive, chillout and breaks.
The label also concentrates on mix releases by Australia's top DJs, as well as compilation CDs from some of the biggest clubs in the country.
One of the driving factors behind the label is to create a high quality product in all aspects, for a reasonable price. We endeavour to get the artists as much publicity as possible via our releases, both in Australia and overseas.
Distribution is provided by Stomp Pty Ltd, which includes all of the major music stores across Australia and New Zealand.
