This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. No sensitive information is kept in the online database, and any data that is there is encrypted and password protected.
All sensitive communications with this site (including, but not limited to, contact forms, sign in pages and the entire ordering process) is secured between the visitor and the web site using 128-bit PKI encryption.
Transaction data, including customers' credit card details, sent between Enigma Records and the credit card processing gateway is also encrypted using 128-bit PKI encryption. Payment servers take advantage of firewall protection and IP restriction, limiting server access only to trusted parties. Customers' credit card numbers are never openly stored within the Enigma Records or DirectOne systems.
Our site provides users with the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us via an online form, and in some cases at the point where we request information about the visitor. New customers will get added to the mailing list when ordering a product over our web site, or when they specifically opt-in to the mailing list. However, filling out any of the contact forms will not add the user to the mailing list.
